Education also makes us more practical in our outlook towards life, and an educated man is more likely to resolve his problems and conflicts in a rational manner than an illiterate one; is more likely to lead a more meaningful life. University education also develops self – confidence and expands our social horizons. It also makes us less dogmatic about our beliefs and more tolerant to the beliefs of others. Lastly, it brings out a greater awareness, enlightenment and rationality towards politics.
